Population Health Management and Data Analytics

Most companies waste between 35%-65% of their medical spending each year. Unfortunately, it can be almost impossible for an organization to identify and implement the right strategies that decrease spending, while still providing a rich benefits plan. Alera Group’s dedicated team of population health management and data analytics experts have the right tools and in-house expertise to conduct a deep analysis of your data organization's data. Our team can help you implement the right strategies and benefits plan to contain health spending, while meeting the diverse needs of your population. Our experts will:

  • Integrate data by plan member into a comprehensive view of the entire organization’s population
  • Leverage the right data to make long-term strategic plan decisions that help control healthcare costs
  • Implement data modeling to identify opportunities to incentivize employee behavior to impact health spending
  • Evaluate employee data, such as risk categories that impact health costs and strategies
  • Analyze high-risk populations to implement strategic solutions that lead to targeted savings
  • Utilize comparison modeling to compare providers and select the best provider and plan for your organization.

Our team will work with you to identify cost drivers and implement strategies that empower healthier employees and a more profitable organization.
